Registration Assistance for New Families

August 15-16, 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Please bring your required documents; we will help you register in PowerSchool.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

In addition to completing the online registration forms in PowerSchool, you must submit the following required registration documents:

• child’s birth certificate
• current immunization records*
• proof of Utah residency.

*If your child’s immunizations are from another country, please contact the front office for assistance.

If you cannot attend on these days or times, you can:
