Registration Night for New Families

March 9, 5-7 p.m.

Please bring your required documents; we will help you register in PowerSchool.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

In addition to completing the online registration forms in PowerSchool, you must submit the following required registration documents:

• child’s birth certificate
• current immunization records*
• proof of Utah residency.

*If your child’s immunizations are from another country, please contact the front office for assistance.

If you cannot attend Registration Night, you can:
